Absolutely no problem with telling somebody to keep their distance when they don’t respect your space. I am skeptical about the real value of masks and wisdom of prolonged lockdowns but absolutely follow the guidelines. It is a matter of respect for others even if you don’t think it has a material impact on risk (and frankly, it probably has a significant impact, and it is costless, like civility and courtesy). I think the left wing versions of Karens would be people showing up to practices or games in grim reaper outfits telling everybody they are spreading the virus by playing and that the kids will die. People have the right, but you can expect people to push back pretty hard on that behavior. [/quote]
