Of course I understand that we are in a pandemic. That’s why I tipped extra and was really patient both times I talked to SMC. However - I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect delivery of items that are not out of stock and that I was charged for! Surely you can understand that not receiving and not being charged (which you said was your experience) is different than not receiving and actually being charged?? Smh.[/quote]
