FTR, we are in a pandemic and a lot of people are rordering more via SMC. I am one of them. I haven't gotten my two dozen eggs -- only 1 for months. I am fine with that and they don't charge me for it. Sure my account says I will get that but I get there are shortages.

I hate to say it, but don’t get too excited. This week was my first delivery. I ordered ten items, including two coffee cakes because I have a big family. On delivery day, I received notification that they were out of one item. Based on that, I expected the remaining items I ordered to be delivered. Ha! I received four items (no coffee cake). I emailed and was told it was a new driver, they would be redelivering to my neighborhood. Ok. Overnight, the redelivery was made, but only two items. Still no coffee cakes. 🙁. I had to reach out again and was told I would receive a credit. I found the process extremely frustrating and mismanaged, and am not sure I want to try again so am annoyed I have a credit to my account at SMC and not my credit card. They definitely did not make a good first impression.
