I’m sorry, but he was so clearly mentally ill, and he committed suicide. If you’ve ever known someone with schizophrenia or untreated bipolar, the Freemason, stream-of-consciousness rambling conspiracy stuff is such a giveaway. I don’t know. They glossed over the fact that he was still writing screenplays, and mystery/conspiracy thrillers seemed to be his preferred genre. He jotted down ideas as they came to him, which could look like disjointed ramblings taken together as a whole. Maybe he was severely mentally ill and paranoid, or maybe the seemingly weird writings he left behind had more to do with him hashing out ideas for a screenplay. In any case, he received an actual call from someone at his workplace before he rushed out of the house, and that person has not said one thing to clarify what that was about. That to me is extremely suspicious. [/quote]

I don’t think they were best friends at that time...just an old friend who gave him a job. I also feel like the weird rambling stuff being folded up and taped to the back of his computer is not just “hashing out a screenplay”. That’s some paranoid, mentally ill behavior.
