(I am not the Tarot reader from this thread) Anybody can do it much the same as anybody can create art. How it turns out depends on gifts and practice. The more developed a reader is, the more the symbols of the cards start to speak to them, and the more they know intuitively what the cards are saying. The more intention they can have in the reading, etc.

Anyone who can calm their mind will be able to pull cards with meaning, and providing they are intuitively guided in choosing the deck, they will be able to use the guidebook to some success. Like paint by numbers.

But a true artist of Tarot will learn the tools, will study the symbols, and will watch as the art of the reading unfolds itself.

It takes an incredible amount of self healing work to develop one's gifts into a beneficial purpose. A reader or psychic is best to see and experience clearly for themselves before sharing the gift with others.

If you are interested by all means take it up, it is a very powerful way in which to explore self. I knew I wa interested as when I first started looking at images of cards online, my heart rate instantly slowed to 40-ish beats/minute and I felt a calm I had not felt before.[/quote]
