You read me a while ago (I posted early in this thread).
Should I have taken that job last fall? These changes at work are hard on me. Will things work out for my husband? I worry about him.
Thanks.

Any advice on how to handle them? Also I need to find a new job with benefits, any advice on when to start looking? Thank you!
Some of us come into this life with what feels like unending challenges. As we journey through them, we learn the depths of our strength, perseverance and determination. As much as we learn to come through our challenges, it is equally important the we learn how and when to rest. To rest our souls, our minds, our spirits. Those of us with warrior spirits can find battle after battle. Sometimes we need to fight, sometimes we learn to set down our shield. I would suggest spending regular periods of time practicing looking at what is happening, without picking up a sword or shield to fight it. Interpret your circumstances from an inner awareness with intention only to see it.
I also see that some time cleaning up relationships that no longer serve you or your family being of much help.
Your new job shows up in a quieter place, I suggest using that same energy to find it. Practice excellent self-care and when you can feel stillness even in the midst of the struggle, that is when to look.

Spirit reader, if you see this and are willing, any advice for me? Feeling a bit aimless and at a loss these days.
Thank you, and glad to hear that you are well.
Yes that was my awareness/opinion I was sharing in 14:53.
The way you are feeling, maybe like a feeling of being in a river but not really going anywhere or with anywhere to go - some of that is circumstantial, it is difficult to make any future plans or decisions at this time. It can be a challenge to learn to comfortable and okay in this place, but something life asks of all of us - letting go.
It is my feeling and experience to suggest that you truly learn to be okay without having a future minded purpose. This is time for rest, for letting go, for surrendering. There is a great love available to you right now. It is a love and connection with yourself, with the oneness of all that is, and for a chance to practice and experience the flow of life through your heart centre as opposed to your mind.
My suggestion is to practice here centred breathing (breathe in to a count of 5, exhale to a count of 5, and as you do, imagine the flow of life/breath moving through the centre of your chest.)
I don't see anything really specific, other than this being a time of surrender, reconnection to self, and letting go of any shoulds or ideals you may have learned as a child. Take good care.

I’m not suicidal, I just go through the motions and wonder if life will ever change or if I’ll ever meet someone. 45, single, never married, no kids. I would have loved to be a Mom but now I hope someday to be a step mom because I already know I can love other people’s kids like they’re my own (I’m a nanny). I was just wondering if you ever see me meeting someone? If the answer is no, I’m okay with that. In a way it would be a blessing to know, so I could stop wishing for something that will never come. I’ve had long term nanny positions so I will always have my nanny kids, and I’m grateful for that.
Thank you!
