We are hoping to be in Rhode Island for a few weeks this summer.  I would gladly quarantine to be there right now!  I understand that RI still has a the 2 week quarantine for out of state people in place.

Beaches are open for walking and recreation. But parking lots are closed, as is parking on nearby roads. You need to be within walking distance of the beach to enjoy it.[/quote]
