They are saying that to scare people like those who were at the DC Fish Market and to cover their A's.  People that actually understand a) how to social distance and b) the probability of encountering someone at a grocery store who will infect you can feel pretty comfortable going to the store to feed their family without worrying that they are sociopaths.[/quote]
