Stockpiling is so that if you need to stay indoors, you have the supplies you need to do so. That time has come. Stay inside.

I'm not going to avoid a store at age 42, running 6 miles a day, with an excellent cardiovascular system.

If you are fat, high BP, have diabetes, or lung issues, be my guest and stay away from the store (not like you should be eating pantry food in that kind of condition).
