Wonder why he hasn't gone after her or the kids by now. I'm surprised he allowed the ruling to go public or waited for it to be determined before he took action. Now how can he get the kids without outing himself as a complete criminal and abuser?
He'd have to kidnap them. That's not as easy as it sounds, especially from the UK. And there would be significant political consequences.
But he already did that. He kidnapped his first daughter from Cambridge and there were no consequences.
True, but that was in 2000. There was an investigation opened, but nothing came of it. Now you have a second daughter kidnapped, a high-profile divorce case with a damning ruling against the Sheikh, finding that he kidnapped both of the other daughters and conducted a campaign of abuse against Haya. The judge even implicated the British Foreign Office in withholding information about Shamsa's case. I have no doubt he has the resources at hand, but it'd be hard to ever restore that diplomatic relationship. He can bide his time and lure the kids back when they are older.
The kids will come voluntarily when they want to get their inheritance. Although with thirty children, there may not be much to collect.
