I have no doubt he has the resources at hand, but it'd be hard to ever restore that diplomatic relationship. He can bide his time and lure the kids back when they are older.
Doesn’t matter. If he wants them back, he will get them back. Britain can huff and puff all they want but at the end of the day, they’ll do nothing. Those kids are Emirati citizens, not British citizens.
Haya has diplomatic accreditation in the UK through the Jordanian Embassy, which extends to her children. She is not some random Emirati expat. The first Vanity Fair article linked earlier points out that Dubai, while rich, is dependent on bringing in tourist and expat dollars. It's not like kidnapping his own kids is going to tank Dubai or something, but all that mixing freely with royalty and the elites? Not if you get Ronan Farrow or the like on your case, not to mention the diplomatic fallout.
None of that matters. Dubai has not been impacted by what he’s done thus far. Taking back two more of his children won’t change a thing about tourism. The people who eat up the Ronan Farrow articles are not the ones flying to Dubai to begin with.

The kids will come voluntarily when they want to get their inheritance. Although with thirty children, there may not be much to collect.

The first daughters mother is a nobody. Haya has a much higher profile and is friends with British royalty.
