YES - and if you are the black/yellow car turning left [b][u]you don't need to wait[/u][/b] for the red/blue car to finish turning. You each should turn into your own lane.

This drives me nuts.

Sorry - should say when they are in the right-turn-only lane and clearly turning (signal, slowing, turning). There is an intersection like this near our home and it drives me nuts.

There’s a right turn lane on my daily route which drivers routinely use to pass vehicles in the through lane.  I’m not assuming anything.[/quote]
