Most parents sitting with kids at a bar are not going to the kind of establishments that you are describing.  More importantly, they generally aren't going out "late evening" when you are more likely to see the sort of issues you mentioned.  Instead they are the folks there late afternoon or early evening, often when places are less crowded.[/quote]
