Good grief. Were there vocal opponents from Cabin Branch and Gibbs who behaved badly? Yes, there sure were (and apparently still are). Did those areas get reassigned to punish them? No. They got reassigned because reassigning them made sense in the context of MCPS policies and regulations.[/quote]
