No, I disagree.  The manner in which this total amount of compensation is highly relevant to what steps we can take to ensure that this doesn't continue to happen.  I also dislike and am upset about this, but it's important to be thoughtful in approaching how to stop or change this situation, rather than just angry.[/quote]
