Neighbor would be the one calling the police clearly. Do you think kids would be deterred by threat of a boarding school? Do you think all the parents can afford boarding school? I dislike people who don't have teens giving their opinion and being "really surprised." Do you realize in how much legal trouble parents can be if something happens in their house? Even if they are not there? 80s are gone baby when we could party till morning and nobody cared.[/quote]
