It's simply a matter of the prettier/younger the gal, the more likely she can secure a mature, financially secure male. And vice versa. She can date flakey, broke and in debt classmates for the next six years or she can have a proven, financially secure mate now, in her physical prime. I met my husband in college, but many of my sorority sisters who didn't dated and sometimes married men who were five to 12 years older. My own parents were 10 years apart and it's no big deal. We're not talking 20 or 30 years diff here.[/quote]
