[/quote] When you gain weight, you feel more hungry, and you slowly start increasing your portion size. So this is not a bad idea. Op . Step 1. Forgive yourself. Life can get to all of us. You do not have to be perfect. Step 2. Get off of this site. Way too many control freak eating disordered folks. Do not trade one problem for another. Step 3. Start measuring portions and slowly move to healthier food. Allow yourself an unhealthy treat every once in awhile. Find other ways to treat yourself. Step 4. Ask your dh for help. Maybe he should go grocery shopping or go with you. Maybe over eating is a sign you need more breaks. [/quote]
