The data that you are referring to on the highly able count was adjusted with different criteria for high FARMS and low FARMS schools. The W school feeder kids needed to score substantially higher to make the list than the non-W schools. This is why you see roughly equal numbers of kids scoring high. If you look at the PARRC scores you'll notice a precipitous drop in score for all the schools that are not W schools (or not low FARMS). There certainly is a bright cohort at Sligo or SSIM but there is no need to traffic in false data interpretations. Be proud of the schools for what they are not what you mislead them to be.
