He said it in the perfect way too, he didn't scream it... he said it with conviction.

Go watch the hammer scene from Age of Ultron on YouTube—if you watch very carefully you will see the hammer move slightly when Cap picks it up then Cap looks like he’s faking not being able to pick it up.[/quote]
