Kelly might have been helped by Sharice Davids, and vice versa. What may be lost at the 10,000-ft. level is that the Kansas House of Representatives became more extreme in the 2018 election, even though Kelly was voted governor. Koch & Co spent vast amounts through special interest groups to get 10 new, highly extreme legislators voted in across the state.

We spend our days fighting Koch here. No sooner do we win ground in one area than we lose it in another. If you ever want to see an election bought, just moved to Kansas and watch.[/quote]
