No its not. It's a reflection of their racist past. Read some history on the clubs and neighborhoods in the area please...Chevy Chase was created to keep Blacks and also Jews OUT. Why any black person would want to live there today is beyond me. Read up on Francis G. Newlands who viewed black people as a race of children.
