Why would a mom abandon her child on the 2nd biggest holiday of the year? Why would a woman acting effectively as a single mom turn down hours at work and/or overtime holiday pay? Why would she only text work three days after she disappeared and not check in with her 1-year-old?

Of course they do but this kid in pictures looks happy, well-fed, and glowing. She was a single mom with a professional and important job who also seemed to be making a genuine effort to work with the infants father to provide stability. This isn’t some wino loser resentful she had the child in the first place. In my opinion anyway.
