His home is the mirror of ours. The previous neighbors were friendly with us and never mentioned any noise at all. We don’t want to wake anyone up, but we also don’t expect others to be silent at 10 pm when we’re sleeping. With the warm weather, neighbors are outside talking or have windows open with music or tv.
