Yes, Fani is the one who spoke out against well-earning wage earners in Bethesda choosing to live in old, inexpensive  apartments or what is called “Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing.”  She stated that they shouldn’t live there, they can afford other apartments. Those apartments need to go to her friends at Casa, I guess. She clearly has NEVER heard of the old saw of living beneath your means to save money. She also wants to make sure there is central air in each affordable unit, not window units - you know, the kind you still see in many older homes. [/quote]
