oh yeah, the summer employment thing. Thats the ONLY thing that gets trotted out over and over. You clearly haven't dealt with the kids in that program. We get a bunch every year in our office and its a nightmare and people go to the top begging to not have to manage them. Lets see, there ahve been fist fights between kids,  pregnant teens, half just left the first day and didn't come back and almost all are functionally illiterate. Great program!  And thats on top of the MD "kids" who were scamming the system to get summer jobs.[/quote]
