Lots of people are willing to rent out a room or rent out a bedroom in their condo/townhouse.  For $600/month it is a fantastic deal!  Cheaper than private school.[/quote]

Umm, the kid doesn’t actually live there!  They just use that address and keep their current home.  Pay the rent and use the address to fulfill MCPS residency requirements.  I’m mom practice.[/quote]
