I have no doubt that this happened.  And, I seriously doubt it was a “parent volunteer” who did the stuffing.  Because if it was a parent volunteer, that would mean that the parent had to plan to bring the flyers and stuff the folders without informing the teacher.

This is a violation of FCPS policy and needs to be reported.  Because, the parent community needs to be informed that this was wrong and should not have happened.

Easiest way to establish credibility in this case is to name the school where this allegedly happened. Otherwise, it's been exposed as a complete strawman.[/quote]
