If the only women making it to management at your agency are single and childless, then that means married women and mothers are being weeded out. Instead of being a traitorous bitch and undermining the women who do make it, you should be really alert about the obvious signs that you're not going to make it up the ladder if you seek any kind of balance as a woman. Maybe the women in your agency don't like you because they see how clueless you are.[/quote]
