BS You didn't read the whole article because if you did you would see there are a number of reasons, not just refining. FYI, Canada is the largest gross exporter to the U.S. with the next three, all below 10%, being Saudi Arabia, Mexico and Venezuela. And if the barrel price gets back to a reasonable $75 you will see our production go back up.[/quote]
