However I would've preferred that he didn't write it because he's giving her a heads up, which means she has a chance to correct course when perhaps the best course if for her to be replaced. I also thought it was odd that he brought in the homeless and cronyism issues, but didn't explicitly link them to the shelter plan/scandal. A bit of a light touch there for sure.[/quote]
