You have one child already; You are 40+; You are BRCA positive; and You do not want to go traditional IVF route. Even with NCIVF, RE may use antagonist to stop you from ovulating. So, no NCIVF either. Ans: Try every month, Supplements, Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, exercise regularly (promote better circulation), healthy eating habits (no or low sugar, no dairy products, no soy products, lots of green veg), lose weight if you are over weight, check your DHEAS/testosterone/Vitamin D level and supplement if needed, check if your ovary is healthy (i.e., no issue like endmet). I cannot think of anything other than the above.
OP here. Thanks for this, I'm doing some of these (cut out dairy and sugar) and healthy eating, not overweight, and reproductive system is healthy from what all the tests say. And need to do more: acupuncture, supplemets and Vitamin D supplements are next for me to do. But DOR is DOR and I feel like while do these things might help my overall health it probably won't help my old as the hills eggs.
