The problem with this is that a large cohort of men- yes, a large number- dont think anything is wrong with 15/16. They really dont. They wouldnt be friends with that person but they arent going to turn them in unless its their daughter (or son). And just wait for the whole - they look 18 or they dress 18 or they act 18 or they tricked them with a fake ID or they wanted it for the money or fame or attention.  :roll:

Its disgusting and it should be called out every single time. They are going to say things like - its an arbitrary legal line or biologically they can have children at that age or whatever moral backsliding they come up with.

Its 18 point blank. 18-25or so is their own cohort. There are power and other dynamics at play for large age gaps. We can opine on all that but anyone who is an adult should not be involved with a child. There is no grey area. And I do look down on anyone over the age of 25- looking at you 40 year old women and men- who have sex with or date men/women under 25. Its not illegal but its not quite right either.
