It's never interfered with my ability to spend time with my kids. I run every weekday morning at 4:45. My kids are asleep. I do my long runs on Sunday mornings while everyone is sleeping. If I run at 5am, I can get in a 20 mile run before anyone in my house is even awake. When I get home, I get everyone up for church. We go out for a big meal after church, so the timing works out perfectly. [/quote]
