+1. Bethenny's only close friends actually in Manhattan and the surrounding area, in her day-to-day life, seem to be...her paid staff.

NP here. FWIW, I don't think it's bad that she leverages the show for success and fame, it's just that she doesn't seem to know when or how to draw the line. She will burn any bridge or cut down to any depth to make good television. She's good at being on TV, she's just a shitty friend. [/quote]
