No problem, I have no need for you to "buy it".  It is the experience of a lot of people, so not a sour grapes from any one individual.  People have to "take it" a bit as they can't exactly up and move to another league, but it is real.  Go have honest conversations with people and you can find out, if you chose not to, thats your choice[/quote]
