Because she’s getting deported with a entry order so Brazil can deal with her now.  At least she won’t be the taxpayers burden.  That combined with the fact that she flipped on him.  I think it was a good deal to make sure they have him dead to rights.  It’s still possible the sentencing judge will reject that recommendation and make her do more time though.[/quote]
