Most likely some form of juvenile detention program.

Juvenile sex abuse and assault is still sex abuse and assault, and are still serious crimes punishable through juvenile court systems.

I wonder if the parents/adults that knew about it & don't report it can be held criminally responsible.  The statue of limitations, somewhere mentioned as three years, I wonder if that would apply to adults.

Apparently parents are not mandatory reporters, at least in Arkansas. So I don't think the parents can be held criminally responsible. Entirely screwed up.
