If this was to happen...
1. The 2nd league would be BY because that's how teams would look at players. By age not year in school.
2. Talent IDs from different youth leagues would funnel into the 2nd league.

This would leave all the BY vs SY to the youth leagues and NWSL wouldn't get involved.[/quote]
