This status as MS-13 isn't the issue.  As perfect a candidate as he may be for deportation and long-term storage at CECOT, if the government does so without following the proper process, the government loses.  Anything else just leads to a Machiavellian state where the government can do as it pleases as long as the goal is laudable (by some).  How will you like it when Obama II decides that tax hikes are necessary and Congress just an impediment so it simply the Fed to take money from you bank account?[/quote]
