He’s doing damage control. He’s trying to downplay the huge turnover. His email was trying to make it sound like a majority of the staff were leaving for personal reasons. While for a few that’s true, most of them left because of the [b]incompetence of the current administration.[/b]

Both.  I'm not going to list specifics as it might come back and jeopordize departing and remaining staff members.  Also I'm genuinley not on here to go after the guy.  He seem's like a nice person and means well.  [b]Just being a Principal may not be the right position for him. [/b] But I think several years from now, the facts will show.  It's just unfortunate that in the meantime, its that staff and Navy community that will be impacted.

It’s also probably not the right position for someone who drunk drives their car into a house and flees the scene, but that didn’t seem to stop a good portion of the staff from defending him. So unless these ‘facts’ are equally as reckless, I’m really not interested. [/quote]
