There is zero evidence that Sophie has any intention to withhold custodial time and obviously custodial time will include time with Jonas wherever he’s settled or is touring.

Jonas is the only one withholding the children from travel and custodial time with mom as intended and planned by both. Jonas is the only one the court has evidence proving propensity to game and manipulate both mom and system. [/quote]

Jonas is not withholding cusotodial time at all. The kids are with Sophie since she came to the US and took them on the previously agreed upon date of Sept 20th. The court has no evidence he intends to game or manipulate the system. It is very normal in international cases for one party to file to request the children aren't relocated until there is a temporary custody plan in place. If the kids were in the UK and Joe was saying he was taking them to the US and to give him the passports, and that the USA would be their forever home where they would settle permanently, no one would begrudge Sophie doing the same thing and getting an order to keep them with her until there was a temporary custody order in place.

And PS all of this on both side is legal wrangling - not Joe and Sophie. Both have legal teams trying to ensure the legal rights of their clients. [/quote]
