There is a concern as Sophie may not let them leave the UK again. She seems to say they should only be raised in the UK from now on and doesn’t speak to any sharing with Joe. It makes sense he gets a temporary order in place before the girls are taken out of the country. [/quote]

Did you even read the filing?

There is zero evidence that Sophie has any intention to withhold custodial time and obviously custodial time will include time with Jonas wherever he’s settled or is touring.

Jonas is the only one withholding the children from travel and custodial time with mom as intended and planned by both. Jonas is the only one the court has evidence proving propensity to game and manipulate both mom and system. [/quote]
