If I were standing in my front yard, staring at you, as you walked down the street "toward" me, but then YOU KEPT WALKING PAST ME and I got in my car and followed you as you kept on your way - AWAY from me, then no, that does not help the self defense angle. TM was trying to quickly get away, get home to safety, at the time of the Z initiated confrontation.[/quote]
