I agree, man, this is not the willing argument you think it is.  Yes, we all get the board of the crew team gave the letter to the coach.  the reference to this is the MCPS way is a line meaning that's the way things have been happening in MC public schools.  Even though this crew team was organized as a club sport, it's still within Mont Co.  It's called the Whitman team, after all.
