I think there is a certain type of person who think that if they buy in the "right" neighborhood, they are not just purchasing a nice home, but also a private-adjacent education. They are surprised and angry when they find out that attendance zones can change, and that even the "right" public schools have kids with behavioural differences. [/quote]
