I once reached out to her office because a frighteningly mentally unwell person pitched a tent on a scrap of park land near my house and was screaming, literally screaming, every minute of the day. JLG sent a person from her office to give her a blanket. The next day after screaming at and chasing the middle schoolers walking to school in the morning, she physically attacked one and the finally police took her away.
