I thought in a capitalistic society CEOs are entitled to humongous compensations because they are better than us, making companies thrive thanks to their superior brains. I am not sure why they seem to be still entitled to humongous compensations when they run the companies into the ground like Musk is doing.  [/quote]

His brother is on the board along with several other flunkies.  A judge in Delaware nixed his compensation package as excessive following an investor complaint, which is exceedingly rare and he’s appealing that now.
