President’s children are extremely privileged. They are trust fund babies with enough real and social currency to never have to hear no from any college or corporation. Admissions, internships, jobs, tv shows, celebrity friends, book deals or whatever they are interested in can be theirs.

Well, almost everything as none attends schools like MIT, CalTech, Hopkins nor goes into comp sci, engineering, applied maths, neuroscience, architecture, , orthopedics, astronautics etc. where you actually have to be competent to survive.

STEM fields aren’t the preferred path for kids of rich and powerful, they take scenic routes. They don’t need to earn a living or prove themselves. They already made it with genetic lottery.[/quote]

This^. It would’ve been scandalous to attend USC due to negative publicity that year or may be went because high school friends or boyfriend were going to Michigan.[/quote]
