I'm getting out my violin for you right now. I'm sorry your life is over so soon. I also hope this is the worst thing you ever experience in life, if it is count yourself extremely lucky.
WTF?
+1 You would think some people on this board have never experienced disappointment, or needed advice or empathy. What, are you a automaton? Grow up! You’ve never been disappointed at a major life event? And yes, college is a major life event. Maybe a job offer you didn’t get, a relationship that didn’t work out, a move that seemed like it was great but ended up with tons of unexpected challenges, or whatever? Come on. Kids and their families are allowed to be disappointed and want to try for better outcomes. No one said it was on par with fighting cancer or being homeless. Go away if you don’t have anything useful to contribute. Of get a second cup of coffee. You’re cranky.’
